Text: Describes Activities of Mom's Weekend, beginning with a tea Friday afternoon and continuing with the All-Campus Variety Show, a luncheon, a Freshman Class Lawn Party, the V.U. Pageant, a comedian performance, and a Sunday brunch. Variety Show winners were Beta Xi, first place; Clark Residence Hall, second place; Delta Gamma Iota, third place; Alpha Theta Chi, Director's Trophy. V.U. Pageant, in its new location in Beless Gym, featured swimsuit, talent, and evening gown competitions, with the following winners: Penny Tichenor, V.U. 1971; Coleen Griffin, first runner-up; Pamela Talbott, second runner-up and Congeniality; Sherri Coons, third runner-up; Diane Tharp, fourth runner-up; Pamela Talbott. Right page: VARIETY SHOW: Top picture: The "Belly Button Brigade" of Morris Hall. Middle left picture: Debi Peelman and Jane Boals dance to "Don't Tell Mama". Middle right picture: The Blazerettes.
