One student was selected from each of the four divisions: Top picture: Forrest East receives his award from Prof. Mary Van Meter for his contributions, including designing play sets, drawing cartoons, and designing the stained glass window for the new Salvation Army Building, 2300 N. Second St. Bottom picture: Mike Carey, voted the most outstanding freshman DECA member at V.U. and President of Indiana's chapters of DECA, receives his award from Prof. Earl Robertson. Right page: Top picture: Terry Powell receives his award from Prof. Chelsea Lawlis. Bottom picture: Debbie Asbell receives her award from Prof. Jay Bardole.
