Right page: ANCIENT CLASSICAL COURSE: Describes the four years of required study in Mathematics, Latin, Ancient and European History, Economics, American Constitutional History, Rhetoric, English and American Literature, English and American Classics, Physics, Chemistry, with optional Greek, German, French, Zoology, Botany, Geology, Higher Mathematics; recommended to those who have professional or University work in view. MODERN CLASSICAL COURSE: Identical to Ancient Classical except permits substitution of German and French for Latin and Greek. SCIENTIFIC COURSE: Describes the four years of required study identical to Classical Course listed above; exceptions: requiring Zoology, Botany, Geology in place of the last two years of Latin. Students encouraged to choose one of the above courses.
